How does the 7 day free trial work?Once you sign up for a paid subscription plan, you’ll have 7 days to use the site and apps with access to all the features of the plan you chose. Thereafter, your credit card on file will be charged, unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. Trial mode is only available for new subscriptions. What payment forms are accepted?We accept all credit and debit cards as well as payments by PayPal. How do you handle security & privacy?Debit/Credit Card processing is powered by Stripe (full PCI compliance). We don't store any credit card data. How often will I be charged?If you choose a monthly subscription plan, your card will be charged every month on the same date that you started the subscription. Whereas, if you chose an annual subscription plan, you’ll pay the annual subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription.<br>You may cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active for the duration of the period for which you have paid. I share AIS data, how do I activate my Free Business Plan subscription?Once you start feeding AIS data to ShipXplorer, your account will be automatically upgraded to a business account.
