How does the 7 day free trial work?Once you sign up for a paid subscription plan, you’ll have 7 days to use the site and apps with access to all the features of the plan you chose. Thereafter, your credit card on file will be charged, unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends. Trial mode is only available for new subscriptions. What payment forms are accepted?We accept all credit and debit cards as well as payments by PayPal. How do you handle security & privacy?Debit/Credit Card processing is powered by Stripe (full PCI compliance). We don't store any credit card data. How often will I be charged?If you choose a monthly subscription plan, your card will be charged every month on the same date that you started the subscription. Whereas, if you chose an annual subscription plan, you’ll pay the annual subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription.<br>You may cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active for the duration of the period for which you have paid. Can I change plans or cancel anytime?You may cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will remain active for the duration of the period for which you have paid.If you wish to upgrade your subscription plan after you’ve already paid for a lower plan, you would be required to pay the difference first before your plan is upgraded.
If you wish to downgrade from a higher subscription plan to a lower plan, the difference will be refunded to your credit card or the payment method chosen by you at the time of checkout. When changing plans, refunds will only be given if your paid using your credit card. I share AIS data, how do I activate my Free Business Plan subscription?Once you start feeding AIS data to ShipXplorer, your account will be automatically upgraded to a business account. If your account is not upgraded within 24 hours of you feeding data to ShipXplorer, please email us on support@shipxplorer.com
